As Mr George Bernard Shaw just to said ” There is no sincerer love than the love of food“. I completely agree but this busy life does;t make it easy.

With Jamie Oliver and his 30 minute meals (http://www.channel4.com/programmes/jamies-30-minute-meals) there are not more excuses to eat badly.

BBC has a wonderful variety of chefs and recipes to lick your plate (http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/).

In UK and Ireland there is a famous “Pancake Day”, this is the day preceding Ash Wednesday, the first day of Lent. Shrove Tuesday is determined by Easter referring to the practice of the last night of eating richer, fatty foods before the ritual fasting of the Lenten season, which begins on Ash Wednesday. (This was your History class for today).

So let’s eat fatty now and then diet, even if we are not cat-holic!

;P
